Job Description

  • Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • lead , coach ,and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales goal
  • Train new team members on products knowledge , sales techniques and customer service standards
  • analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to track progress against targets 
  • Handle big deals with VIP clients and follow up with them 
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

Job Requirements

  • proven experience in a retail sales role with at least 3-10 years
