Role Description
- Oversee Training operations for a corporate account.
- Assign and follow up on Teacher schedules and assignments
- Follow up and optimize instructor utilization
- Coach and guide teacher in areas of improvement
- Handle client complaints or requests promptly
- Ensure instructor turnover is kept to an absolute minimum.
- Foster an environment of cooperation and positive interactions.
- submit regular reports on operational progress and performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 1-3 years Experience in training operations is an essential requirement.
- Previous experience as an ESL instructor is preferable.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong communicator and able to work across various functions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
