Job Summary:
The Junior HR Specialist will support the Human Resources department in various HR functions, with a particular emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment for technical roles. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, has excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, especially for skilled technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting technical roles is mandatory. (e.g., for manufacturing, engineering, IT, maintenance, etc.)
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
- Familiarity with various technical trades and the skills required for such positions.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in [Specify Country - e.g., Egypt] is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., a relevant local HR certification).
- Experience with employer branding initiatives for technical roles.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Recruitment (Primary Focus):
- Collaborate with hiring managers in engineering, production, and operations departments to understand technical role requirements (e.g., Electricians, Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, IT Support, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) for all technical requisitions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified technical talent for future needs.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events, particularly those focused on technical trades or engineering.
- HR Administration & Support:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing new hire paperwork, and conducting introductory HR sessions.
- Support HR Manager with employee relations inquiries, providing initial guidance and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.
- Support the performance management process, including scheduling reviews and tracking documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with general HR inquiries from employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Training & Development:
- Identify potential training needs for technical staff based on recruitment feedback and departmental requirements.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs.
- Other Duties:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws in [Egypt].
