Job Description
Emperor Divers is seeking a highly motivated Dive Centre Administrator for our Red Sea operations. The successful candidate will ensure seamless communication for all dive centre/resort reservations via various platforms including email, WhatsApp, Live chat, Facebook, and Instagram. You will play a key role in making sure our guests have a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact through to aftercare service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Promptly manage reservation emails, provide accurate information, and personalise communication.
- Customer Service: Understand and address guest needs, resolve issues professionally.
- Booking Administration: Accurately input reservations, manage payments, send confirmations, and post-trip communications.
- Operations Support: Relay guest requests, coordinate with teams and suppliers.
- Revenue Opportunities: Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, participate in sales training.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about offerings and promotions, maintain website content.
- Other Duties: Be flexible with responsibilities, contribute to process improvements, and participate in dive shows/on-site visits.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in customer service, ideally in hospitality or travel; diving industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications; experience with reservations software preferred.
