Job Description
· Create and publish job adds in various portals
· Screen resumes and according to the job applications.
· Conduct initial phone screens for fixing interview appointments.
· Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior)
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
· Responsible for attendance and transactions daily & monthly.
· Filling the employee hiring documents and employees' files.
· Calculate monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions…etc.
· Assist in other HR aspects (OD. training …..etc).
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Proficient with social media and recruiting platforms
· 2 - 5years of Experience, and good interviewing skills.
· Certifications in HR is preferable
· Excellent communications skills, and report presenting
· Totally aware of work-related laws
