Job Description
- supervise OD Section Tasks & Activities.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and assist in solving them.
- Monitor and Update the Company's Structure.
- Responsible for updating the Job Design and Job Descriptions.
- Create and develop Competency Models.
- Responsible for monitoring and developing a Performance Management System and aligning it with organizational goals.
- Handling Internal Communication & recognitions awards.
- Create and Develop succession planning for Staff.
- Performing HR Audits and Analyzing the root causes for organizational problems and recommending corrective actions.
- Managing and delivering reports and data when required.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Min 8 years of experience in similar position(s) preferably Manufacturing.
- Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and Excel skills are essential.
- High sense of responsibility, great commitment, high flexibility, high confidentiality
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to work independently
- Post-graduate HR certificate is a plus (HR Diploma / CIPD / SHRM…etc).
