Job Description
- Contribute to the people and organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support continuous organizational performance improvement.
- Provide specialized support in the analyses and definition of organizational structures, mapping of positions and roles, reporting relationships, responsibilities, teamwork, business or operating procedures, improvement of internal processes.
- Developing succession plans and related reports.
- Conduct Span of control analysis.
- Lead on workforce performance management across the group.
- Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Prepare and follow Organizational Development budget.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Recommend policies and procedures related to the Organizational Development activities to the direct manager.
- Comply to internal audits requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist or similar role
- Experience working with employees from a variety of departments
- Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist
- Experience in Organizational Development 5 years
