Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring the accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner, in alignment with company deadlines and labor law requirements.
- Supervise the preparation and reconciliation of monthly payroll reports and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Validate the accuracy of employee data, including attendance, leave balances, and time records, prior to payroll processing.
- Ensure proper calculation and disbursement of end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and other termination-related payments.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure salary disbursement and accurate posting of payroll-related accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, such as social insurance, income tax, and other legal obligations.
- Liaise with auditors and external authorities during audits or inspections to provide required payroll documentation and explanations.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of payroll information and ensure access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8–11 of payroll experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience working in a large-scale organization with a workforce 1000 employee.
- Strong experience in local labor law, tax, and social insurance practices.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles related to payroll.
- Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
