Role Overview:
We seek a highly organized Sales Admin to support our growing sales team. This role will involve managing administrative tasks to ensure the sales process runs smoothly, from handling documents and scheduling meetings to assisting with e-commerce tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-outdoor sales activities.
- Manage and prepare documents, including sales contracts, reports, and quotations.
- Conduct advanced searches using Google and LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients and arrange meetings as a Tele-Sales Opener.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Assist with e-commerce tasks and support marketing and sales teams with relevant knowledge.
- Utilize Microsoft Office to manage and organize sales-related tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proficiency in English, with a strong ability to communicate clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence in voice communication and the ability to work under pressure.
