Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their needs and concerns with efficiency and care. You will communicate directly with customers to solve problems, answer questions, and give advice and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. 

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer base.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be fluent in English
