Job Description
We are looking for Entry-Level Helpdesk Support Engineers who are eager to start their career in a growing technical support team.
You will assist in setting up and maintaining the support center’s stability from the early stages.
Your role includes offering first-line technical support to agents and customers in a structured environment.
You’ll help with configuring and checking client-installed devices to ensure proper software operation.
You will support internal network systems including voice and internet setup under guidance.
Basic server maintenance and monitoring tasks will be assigned to help you build experience.
You will help track and manage IT hardware such as computers, tablets, and SIM cards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and product support to customers via phone and remote sessions using Zoom and TeamViewer.
- Troubleshoot software and technical issues, identify root causes, and document clear solutions.
- Communicate technical guidance to users in a simple and effective manner.
- Assist in maintaining desktop systems and the internal office network as needed.
- Coordinate with new customers to schedule remote training and complete software installations.
- Maintain ongoing communication between customers, sales teams, and technical staff.
- Handle customer issues quickly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Guide customers through installations and updates using Zoom and TeamViewer.
- Log support activities accurately in the internal support platform.
- Take part in extra tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Deliver remote support globally and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Working Hours:
- 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM 6 days a week including 1 day at home.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for incoming queries related to computers, tablets, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Train users on computers and tablets.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Perform system clean-ups and run diagnostic programs to resolve issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback on system performance.
- Run reports to identify recurring malfunctions.
- Configure and install camera networks and systems.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Appreciated):
- Experience with Microsoft GP.
- Good knowledge of MSSQL/MySQL.
- Experience in using, administering, and/or implementing ERP systems is a significant advantage.
- 1+ years of experience with accounting software and inventory accounting.
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
