Job Title: Operations & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: MAMZI Head Office – Cairo
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and bilingual Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to manage our daily order fulfillment, logistics, and customer communication. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and with the high-end service MAMZI is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage online orders via Shopify
• Coordinate with shipping partners and couriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Handle customer inquiries and support via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Manage returns, exchanges, and order updates
• Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movement, and customer communication
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., production, inventory) for stock updates and availability
• Ensure a smooth, luxury-standard customer experience from order to delivery

Job Requirements

  • Requirements:
    • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Previous experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus
    • Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
    • A customer-first attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
