Technical Support Engineer & Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Perform device repairs, conduct initial diagnostics, and identify root
  causes of malfunctions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns,
  making decisions based on customer needs, and following up until full
  resolution.
• Handle preparation and coordination of shipments requested by
  customers via phone, liaising with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all relevant documentation to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
• Monitor and manage interactions on social media platforms related to Medela products and inquiries.
• Regularly update the database that's related to technical support department
• Participate in regular team and departmental meetings
• prepare technical support performance and activity reports
• Maintain systematic filing of job sheets and administrative documents
