Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our installation teams and ensure seamless coordination between clients, our factory, and installation Engineers .
- You are responsible for managing tasks with our installation Department, monitor and control day to day job tasks and ensure service performance standards, daily reporting problem areas and to highlight specifics to the Installation manager and resolve accordingly.
- Work closely with the installation teams to ensure they are informed of all job details, timelines, and client preferences.
- Monitor and adjust installation schedules as necessary, ensuring no conflicts and maintaining maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with clients to confirm installation dates and offer reminders, ensuring they’re fully prepared for the team’s arrival.
- Work closely with the factory to confirm product availability, track production timelines, and ensure materials are delivered on time to support scheduled installations.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the installation and project management teams as needed.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or customer service role in the construction, home improvement, or similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or project management tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar programs.
- Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected situations with calm and professionalism.
