Job Description

  • Establish, develop, implement, and supervise customer service policies and procedures to   ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee all customer service channels (telephone, in-person, digital, field).
  • Lead the Sales Operations Department, including managing relationships with real estate marketing companies, distributing potential client leads to the sales team, reviewing and following up on contracts, and ensuring accurate and professional delivery to clients, in accordance with the company's legally approved, non-modifiable templates.
  • Monitor the performance of the customer service department in terms of responses, follow-ups, complaints, inquiries, and escalation cases.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction trends and recurring suggestions, and propose development plans based on them.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Participate in designing, implementing, and supervising all referral programs, customer loyalty programs, and construction update programs continuously with clients.
  • Leading the Customer Services staff.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 10+ years in customer service, preferably in real estate, property management,
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software(Odoo) and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
