dotsHub, a leading software house based in New Cairo, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team!

With over 15 years of experience in CRM, Digital Transformation, System Integration, and Software Consultation, our executive team has led cutting-edge projects across various industries. We deliver robust, scalable software solutions—partnering with our clients from development to integration and beyond.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understand each client’s business needs and align our solutions to their goals.
  • Adoption Strategies: Analyze product usage and develop plans to maximize feature adoption and ROI.
  • Implement customer success metrics track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Stay connected through regular check-ins, business reviews, and personalized engagement.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers to secure long-term success.
  • Churn Prevention: Identify early warning signs of dissatisfaction or risk of churn, working with support teams to address issues and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Analyze Trends: Identify trends in feedback, such as recurring pain points or feature requests, and ensure they are prioritized for action by relevant teams.
  • Customer Training: Deliver training sessions for customers who request additional help or have new team members joining their organization.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Renewals & Expansion: Proactively reduce churn, identify growth opportunities, and drive upselling or cross-selling.
  • Advocacy Program Development: Cultivate brand champions to support testimonials, case studies, reviews & Event Participation.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within software/tech.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems.
  • Passion for customer success and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
