Job Description
Main tasks and duties
- Preparing the general plan for transportation
- Supervising the implementation of the day-to-day operations of transportation
- Optimizing transportation itineraries and flight scheduling
- Follow up with admin staff and drivers
- Follow-up vehicle papers and ensure their validity continuously (insurance - form - license).
- Ensuring the performance of drivers and following up on their train
- Training of new drivers
- Issuing periodic reports
- Follow up of operating costs and propose plans to reduce costs
- Follow-up of storage in the yard and in the system
- Follow-up of the transport reports issued to customers
- Follow up on customers' e-mail and respond to their inquiries
- Carry out the tasks assigned to him by the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the same field for a period of not less than 5 years
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and related business programs
- Experience in preparing reports
- Experience in operations management
