Job Description
A highly experienced Supply Chain Manager is needed to join our FMCG multinational (candy products) and lead the end-to-end coordination of planning, warehousing, purchasing, and logistics functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate planning, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to reduce costs and avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with production teams to create accurate schedules and ensure material availability.
- Identify and manage key suppliers; negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee transportation and warehousing to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry (food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong background in planning and purchasing is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
