Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Optimization

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, service, and efficiency.
  • Forecast future supply chain needs based on business growth and market trends.

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure quality, pricing, and delivery terms are consistently met.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure balance between demand and supply.
  • Minimize excess stock and reduce holding costs without risking shortages.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure efficient storage and flow of materials.

4. Logistics & Distribution

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with transport partners and internal teams for shipping and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with production, finance, sales, and planning teams.
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing direction and development.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and cost reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel or data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of global supply chain trends and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent English profile
