Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and log all daily financial transactions (purchases, expenses, salaries, etc.)
- Prepare and update Excel sheets for petty cash, production costs, and inventory
- Track payments to vendors and receipts from clients
- Coordinate with the head office on monthly reporting
- Assist in payroll calculations and overtime tracking
- Ensure all receipts, invoices, and documents are filed properly
- Support management with any requested financial reports or data
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar role
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Located near El-Trolley Street / Ain Shams area preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
