Job Description
- Develop a strategic work plan for the Supply Chain Department in alignment with the company's overall strategy and vision.
- Oversee the procurement, warehousing, logistics, and measurement departments, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with company systems.
- Prepare the annual budget for the department, monitor adherence, and assess performance quarterly.
- Directly manage agricultural supplies, ensuring regular checks and reviews on agricultural spaces for procurement.
- Ensure the quality of logistics services and review all related contracts and banking procedures.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure contractual agreements and delivery terms are met.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to manage supplier accounts and related banking procedures.
- Monitor departmental purchases and consumption according to the approved budget in collaboration with the cost department.
- Prepare and submit required reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve production goals.
- Hire, train, and onboard new department staff.
- Establish and monitor performance indicators for the department, evaluate employee performance, and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a food manufactory field
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- SAP experience is a must
- Agriculture suppling experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
