Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field.

6+ years of experience in raw material sourcing or agricultural procurement.

Strong knowledge of local farms and suppliers in the herbs/agricultural sector.

Hands-on experience with medicinal and aromatic plants is highly preferred.

Strong negotiation, field supervision, and supplier coordination skills.

Willingness to travel regularly across different regions in Egypt.

Familiarity with quality standards and traceability regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.

FMCG or herbal industry background is a big advantage.
