Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire the best candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the market and experience with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking) to attract potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or vendors as necessary
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting techniques including social media sourcing, applicant tracking systems (ATS), etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff within the organization
