Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent requirements and enhance the organization's talent pipeline.
Job Description:
1. Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring costeffective recruitment strategies.
2. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., costper-hire, time-to-fill) to identify areas for improvement and optimize spending.
3. Evaluate and recommend cost-effective sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.
4. Ensure accurate tracking of recruitment expenses and provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
5. Lead employer branding initiatives such as employment fairs and social media engagement.
6. Ensure the talent acquisition team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions, in compliance with data privacy regulations.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
-5 to 7 years of experience (minimum 2 Years in Supervisory role).
-Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
-Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
-SAP User.
-Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
