Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Following the orders, delivery, and payment with the customers.
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handling overqualified leads to the sales teams to close the sale, updating the ERP & CRM every day, and following the orders with customers and the procurements team.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business and report every week to the managing director.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • From 3:4 years of experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.
  • Should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in customer service, and relationship building is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn, and a strong team player.                 
  • Very good level of English language.
