We are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Specialist to join our Corporate Relations Team in the educational sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients, promoting educational programs, and driving partnerships that support the institution’s growth objectives. You will play a key role in expanding our corporate client base and promoting tailored educational solutions that meet market needs.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Promote and sell educational programs [MBA /DBA] and training solutions to corporate entities.
  • Develop proposals and customized learning solutions for corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners.
  • Coordinate with internal academic and training teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on progress and opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and corporate meetings.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on corporate outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in education or training services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
