Aquarabia for Industry & Contracting, a leading company in the field of water treatment, with its Head Office located in 10th of Ramadan City, is currently seeking to hire :
Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Achieve the assigned monthly sales target on time.
• Follow up with potential clients and record the number of follow-up attempts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare suitable commercial offers.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process until the deal is closed.
• Submit a daily report to the direct manager summarizing completed tasks.
• Achieve monthly contract and revenue targets.
• Meet the daily target for client calls and visits.
• Communicate and follow up with clients, introducing and explaining the company’s services.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and respond to client inquiries.
• Submit a monthly report on customer needs and market insights to support the sales strategy.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all related reports.
• Send daily updates to the direct manager on signed contracts.
• Attend exhibitions and events relevant to the company’s industry.
• Collect and analyze up-to-date market and competitor information..
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B or industrial sectors).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sales contracts and payment terms.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, or industry events.
A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to different locations and client needs.
Job condition:
Candidates should be open to occasional travel outside their primary work location to support business development and client relationships.
