Job Description
- Obtaining documents for obtaining an insurance number.
- It prepares a name and forms (1, 6) insurances and follows up on their registration on the computer with the insurances. Prepares and updates the Q2 data of its name to an insurance office.
- Calculates and pays the monthly contributions for social insurance on the scheduled dates.
- It calculates and pays the labor office checks (1% emergency benefit fund).
- Car insurance certificates are extracted from (Social Insurance Office - Car Insurance Office).
- Prepares and updates company's vehicle database and driver's licenses.
- Prepares and delivers requests for payment of benefits from insurances (maternity leave - patients - pensions).
- Prepares health insurance documents and performs the first medical examination procedures.
- Health insurance cards are extracted and handed over to employees. Prepares any documents requested by inspection offices (Insurance Office - Labor Office).
- Prepares and approves documents related to the work regulations from (the Labor Office and the Syndicate).
- Prepares the monthly reports necessary to make the company's management always able to follow up on all aspects of social insurance in terms of the number and names of the insured and the uninsured, contributions, ...... etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in same field.
- Ability to learn/Strong relations and database
- Gender: males only
- Multi-tasking ability and a flexible approach to work.
- HR diploma
