Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, contracts).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and handle attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.

Job Requirements

Working Hours:

From Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based at the company’s office on Maadi.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or personnel affairs is a plus.
