Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, contracts).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare monthly payroll data and handle attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Job Requirements
Working Hours:
From Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based at the company’s office on Maadi.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in recruitment or personnel affairs is a plus.
