Job Description
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Conduct sourcing analysis and develop new recruitment sources to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Maintain a comprehensive database of CVs, candidates, and applications for future talent needs.
- Responsible for recruitment data entry and updates on the HR system
- Generate and manage various recruitment reports
- Conduct exit interviews, maintain detailed reports, and provide insights for improving retention
- Support other related HR functions as needed to contribute to overall HR team success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Wuzzuf, Forasna, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
