Job Purpose:

• Follow up with the Operations department to collect the containers numbers, communicate with logistics customers to send all data needs and review the invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on daily work with the Operations Department.
• Track trucks assigned to different orders.
• Collect container numbers from the Operations Department.
• Use SAP, IST, and OVA systems.
• Ensure that all customers are fully updated with all necessary information and processes on time.
• Send container numbers to logistics customers.
• Avoid any delay to arrival time that already sent by logistics users.
• Resolve any issues that occur at client’s side during night shift. 
• Resolve any issues arising due to loading from port or outside yards.
• Monitor GPS to ensure that the trucks arrived just in time.
• Prevent and secure against any claims from logistics customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
