Job Description
- Present and explain the benefits of storage units (refrigerated, frozen) located inside the port to prospective clients such as exporters, importers, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
- Offer tailored storage solutions based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop quotations, storage plans, and pricing proposals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts within company policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with operations, customs clearance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of storage and handling services.
- Monitor available storage space and provide periodic reports to management.
- Keep track of competitors and market trends, particularly in the Alexandria ,El Salloum and Libyan border region.
- Suggest improvements and new offerings based on market demands.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or port operations.
- Strong understanding of storage and customs clearance procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, or border zone environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
