Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving product or service issues effectively.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, service quality, and performance indicators.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or customer service roles.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
