Job Description

  • Supervise and guide the talent acquisition team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment practices.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Identify new recruitment sources, channels, and partnerships to expand talent reach.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and customize recruiting efforts accordingly.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, assessments, and feedback.
  • Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract potential talent.
  • Manage and promote the company’s image on social media and other recruitment platforms.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking events.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the hiring process.
  • Report on key metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Conduct regular reviews of recruitment strategies based on data insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, acting as a representative of the company’s culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Regularly update the recruitment team on policy changes and industry best practices.
  • Work with HR to develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in in talent acquisition or recruitment, or a similar HR function is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness
