Job Description

  • Coordinate HR Manual and the Policies and Procedures on a monthly basis.
  • Design Company Development Organization Structure and update them on a monthly basis.
  • Review and update performance appraisal tools and technologies.
  • Extract all employees data and prepare separate lists for all Company departments and Projects to be sent for Department Managers.
  • Provide assistance for all departments/projects to ensure performance and efficiency in the implementation phase of the performance appraisal.
  • Prepare periodic status reports for the collected performance appraisal forms for all Projects/departments.
  • Analyze all performance appraisal reports in order to extract training, development and assessment need.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent analyzing and Strategic planning skills
  • Well aware of OD activities.
  • MS office profession is a must.
  • HR diploma (preferable)
  • Visio
  • HR certificate is a MUST
