Job Requirements
- (1-2) years of experience in HR.
- Aware of hiring channels and how to use them to attract best fit candidates.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and labor law and processes.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR Certificate or diploma is preferd.
