Job SummaryWe are seeking for a HR Generalist to join SUNGROW Middle East HR team. This position will play a vital role to implement HR policies and programs, which requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively support organization development, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the onboarding process and orientation training for new employees, ensuring them a smooth and efficient transition into the company.Keep track of local labour law and regulations updates, assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.Conduct employee’s engagement surveys, one-on-one meetings and exit interviews, analyse employees’ feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement, assist to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through implementing engagement initiatives and organizing team building and cultural activities.Assist in design and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Handle general HR administrative tasks, maintain HR databases and generate HR reports and analytics when needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degrees in human resources or related management field.With comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy.
