Job Description
- Handle payroll processing, salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
- Maintain HR databases, records, and HRIS systems.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle social insurance and labor office documentation.
- Review the attendance transactions of all employees on the time attendance system.
- Address workplace conflicts and employee grievances professionally.
- Ensure full adherence to Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, and tax laws while proactively mitigating HR-related risks.
- Manage all aspects of medical and social insurance, ensuring timely enrollments, renewals, and compliance with employee benefits policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant.
- minimum 7 years of experience in HR
- Professional certification in HR
- Deep Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Fayoum residents preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
