Job Description
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Keep the team on track for success
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and events
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Create, Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
- Survey clients to get their feedback about services whenever needed.
- Research about market competitors and Services enhancements
- Manage key accounts
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Great multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Fluent English is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
