Job Description
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate prices, contracts, and terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Track sales activities and KPIs, and report performance to the General Manager.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the plastic industry, with a strong focus on PVC raw materials.
- Demonstrated ability to grow client portfolios and achieve targets.
- Experience in handling B2B industrial clients is preferred.
- Must own a personal car and hold a valid driver’s license
- Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
