Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate prices, contracts, and terms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Track sales activities and KPIs, and report performance to the General Manager.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven salesmanship and ability to persuade and close deals.
Excellent time management, organization, and reporting abilities.
Deep understanding of PVC and plastic raw materials market.
Ability to handle client objections and resolve concerns professionally.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and client demands.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of sales experience in the plastic industry, with a strong focus on PVC raw materials.
Demonstrated ability to grow client portfolios and achieve targets.
Experience in handling B2B industrial clients is preferred.
Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
