We are looking to hire a highly qualified Production & Planning Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals for efficiency, quality, and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement production plans that meet customer demand and maximize resource utilization.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, inventory, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Analyze production data, track KPIs, and initiate corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to meet operational goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and operational delays in a proactive manner.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Previous experience in WPC, plastic, or wood manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong command of English and computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
