1- Manage the overall factories operations smoothly and efficiently within the agreed budget.
2- Area of responsibility is the production and Quality
3- Reduce the cost and increase quality standards and productivity.
4- Update the units according to the industry best practice and standardize the process and polices.
5- Define metrics and targets KPI for individuals and processes.
6- Propose Annual Operation Plan to GM and Implement after the approval.
7- Strategic plan on schedule.
8- Utilize all resources efficiently , reduce change over time and operation down time.
9- Achieve sales demand plan Vs. actual production.
10- Ensure available critical people resources.
11- Motivate people to challenge their effectiveness and strive for excellence.
12- Create training programs and tools.
Job Requirements
- Furniture manufacturing background is a must
- Engineering degree in related field
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory
- knowledge of industry-specific factory
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
