Job Description
• Lead and supervise the factory’s design and development activities to ensure output quality and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with top management and ensure continuous alignment with company standards.
• Oversee verification and validation of design processes.
• Ensure team organization, workload distribution, and adherence to design standards.
• Maintain control records and ensure resource availability for all team functions.
• Monitor overall performance, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in design and development oversight within a factory setup
- Strong knowledge of HVAC production processes and industrial best practices
- Familiar with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills with top management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
