Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Wood Factory Manager to oversee and manage our production facility specializing in wardrobes (dressing units), kitchens, and wooden surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wood and furniture industry, with proven experience in production management, quality control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of production targets.
- Oversee production of wooden products, especially dressing units, kitchens, and flat surfaces, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Develop and implement production schedules, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Manage and lead factory staff, ensuring proper training, motivation, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Prepare and analyze production reports for management review.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in the wood/furniture manufacturing industry (dressing units, kitchens, and surfaces).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- Solid knowledge of production processes, materials, and machinery used in woodworking.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Age not exceeding 45
