Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- maintaining current quality standards
- Lead and organize the process work in all the different stages and ensure the safety of the workplace and the performance of employees and the production and services tools optimally
- Lead the implementation of daily , weekly, monthly and yearly plans and programs for production processes and continues follow-up to ensure the achievement of the goals set for productivity & work to corrective deviations if necessary.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and
- Commit to plant safety procedures
- Ensure the effective and continuous coordination between departments of production, warehouse, quality and maintenance to ensure teamwork and integration of roles, programs and plans
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Ensure the alignments with all required business standers BRC, ISO, GMP – YUM ,,, etc ….
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Plant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (production, industry, mechatronics)
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business school are appropriate, however the right candidate may not have these academic qualifications.
- Experience in Corrugated packaging / Paper / Packing is an advantage
- Proven managerial experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
