Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and business plans for Orthopedics and Pediatrics portfolios.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and scientific events.
- Prepare product positioning, key messaging, and promotional materials aligned with company strategy.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of marketing materials.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, and field visits.
- Monitor product performance, market share, and sales targets, adjusting plans when needed.
- Manage product budgets and forecast demand in alignment with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary, or Science (Pharmacy preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling Orthopedics and/or Pediatric products.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product lifecycle management, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
