Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of product development and industrial processes
- Experience with Stage Gate methodology
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Project, Gantt charts, Excel, and PLM tools
