Job Description
Talent Acquisition
• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Maintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to target, attract, and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool.
• Ensure a continuous supply of high-quality candidates through effective and timely recruitment.
• Manage the offer process to ensure approval to hire, offer letter creation, and pre-onboarding requirements are met.
OD
• Updating the company`s SOPs related to the HR department.
• Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization and sources of job dissatisfaction.
• Assist in preparing an annual training plan based on training needs and organization needs.
• Create/update JDs as per a valid SOP for all positions inside the organization to ensure clear job purpose, qualifications, and competencies required for the job.
• Work on the organizational branding and how to represent the company image professionally
Job Requirements
- Construction/Real Estate Experience is a Must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in organizational development, recruitment, or talent development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
