Position:  Sr.Human Resources Specialist
Location: Nozha Language School, Hijaz Branch

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Nozha Language School. This pivotal role is designed for experienced professionals who are passionate about enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving talent development. The Senior HR Specialist will oversee comprehensive recruitment strategies, organizational development (OD), and learning and development (L&D) initiatives for all staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Oversight: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent to align with the school’s mission and values.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in the development and implementation of OD strategies aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration:Work with HR team members to ensure alignment of HR strategies with school objectives.Assist in conducting HR reporting and data analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Talent Management: Contribute to the design and implementation of talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and career development pathways.
  • Employee Engagement: Analyze employee feedback to recommend and implement initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
  • Learning and Development: Design, develop, and deliver impactful L&D programs, including workshops, training sessions, and e-learning modules tailored to staff needs.
  • Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training Records Management: Maintain accurate training records and track employee development progress, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field .
  • An HR Diploma is required, and relevant certifications in HR or related fields (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment, L&D, and OD with a demonstrated focus on recruitment, organizational development, and learning & development.
  • Excellent command of English is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices, with experience in designing and delivering effective L&D programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
