Job Description
- Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Resolves payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Audits on all Employees’ payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc.)
- Updates payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
- Prepares migration sheets and uploads them on the system.
- Audits on payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
- Audits on colleagues’ payroll sheets as a second reviewer.
- Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOB’s concerned department.
- Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
- Prepare, review, and upload payroll sheets on the system.
Job Requirements
- Financial and Numerical skills
- Expert in MS Office
- Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1 Year Experience in HR Payroll.
